Thanks to QPR & Queenie advice I got OH to ring CS for me.
He spoke to a very nice man who said OODs were definitely DTD & he would be there till 8pm tonight if store disputes me :o

Or I'll just take the damn things back & get a refund for the amount on the receipt .....

I knew I shouldn't have done it, having never done it before. I'm in s0dding knots about it - :o easy life is me :o where's the Rescue Remedy?

    MSE 2 Tesco/Comet 0

So where is our third sticking up for yourself story to complete the set.

Snap Ant, you go right back now, say you have spoken to H.O. & have a name if they need it but it seems that DTD does apply to OOD SEL take a deep breath, wait for the answer & get your card out ready to be credited if you paid by card. Don't forget to take phones & receipt with you

Remember you pay their wages ;)

Whoopsues didn't look too bad just not reduced enough for me lol

And my good deed was pointing out the dtd message at cs when an Asian lady (whose English wasn't the best - but her daughter helped)
They had just been given jtd on a ood sel on a coffee machine - after my assistance they walked out with the machine and £20 profit :j:j:j
I did think dammmmmmn missed that ood sel but spread the karma eh

There was a cat food glitch
48 pack of whiskas pouches for £3.99 instead of £13.99
This was in the summer and I trawled all over the place for them - and got loads - still using them
Gave 3 boxes to the local cats charity I support but kept 8 big boxes which I know looks greedy but I do have 7 cats so it was a big help

If you have a b&m store near you they do the purina (expensive) dry cat food dead cheap 800g for under £2
    Xxx
Ps anyone see the 1p cat bits in Manchester please let me know as I will go hunting to donate again the the cats home xxx

It was Whiskas Market Fresh Produce pouches & I got the famous price promise voucher & made a killing.

In the end my little angels decided they preferred the cheap Tesco mush so instead of that going to the Cat Rescue Centre at Christmas, the homeless kitty's got the 4 x 48 pouches of Whiskas & two frozen chickens.
