    Afternoon Everyone

How much do you have to spend minimum to get No 7 voucher ?

    MJ X :):):)

Hi, not sure there did not seem to be a min spend as the lady in front of me was using one on a lipstick and had to pay £3 and got another voucher back again. Think she had done this several times to get a selection of colours.

Enough of all these weird things for sale on Ebay... back to shopping :D

I drove home from work via a couple of Mr T's

Ashf0rd - couldn't find much except 1 clip strip on Andrex on the go, which I bought. They also had the demister pads for 25p, and plenty of caremellised cashews which are still scanning at 41p.

W1ndsor - I got the last 2 Jewel airfresheners for 6p each, a lavender butterfly, and a tropical vanilla flower. Another strip on Andrex on the go & a whoopsied 40p raspberry triffle.

They had Dormans spicy nuts and satay mix, which I guess were 1p, but I didn't get anymore.
The Lucazade shots were now scanning at 99p

That's made my mind up going to see if any of the Andrex on the go for 6p in my store if it works out about £1 for around a 4 pack worth that seems a very good deal, I did only pick up 2 packs when it was 25p so hope no one has cleared the strips yet. ;)

Loads jst now in fb. Tissue aisle and make up one.

  • Not sure if all you people that have pets are aware but if receive Housing or Council Tax Benefit then you can receive free treatment from the PDSA.

    http://www.pdsa.org.uk/pdsa-vet-care/eligibility

PDSA are a great organisation we have had to use them once last April, DH was off work sick and I had to look after him so no one working.
Our Cat had been run over and managed to crawl her way home, things were that tight money wise our insurance (which ran out the day before) hadn't even been paid on the car but I had no choice than to drive her up to the PDSA and risk being caught by the cops to try to save her. She didn't make it, they took her in put her in an oxygen tent but she died as the sealed her in :(
They were great, they let me wait in a room while they cleaned her and brought her to me, they also let me wait there until my DS and DH came to say goodbye to her (she was DS's cat we got her when he was 1yr old because he kept trying to bring my cat from my Mum's home with him lol!)
I have been back several times to thank them with donations, I don't know about other branches but the Belfast one is great

Just thought I had better mention it says on back of voucher it cant be used for sets, the offer with the mascara is good though the eyeshadow that comes free with it is normally £6.50 and is v nice colours.:D

    Thanks!:j

I was looking at this face mask for £6.50...most no.7 is well over £5 so I'll have a good look tomorrow to get the most for the smallest spend!!

Whilst in W1ndsor I spotted a staff member with some cheese & wine sets with yellow reduced stickers on (the cheese was BB 29/12). I asked if I could have one, and he told me they had been told not to sell them for now, as they were checking if they were allowed to reduce sets with alcohol in ... I think he means with whoopsie labels.

Anyway after we chatted a bit he said I could buy one, as I was leaving and he still hadn't heard back. He was actually really helpful.

It was £2.50, I think from £10, and contained a full size bottle of Cotes de Rhone, Stilton, Cheddar and Brie.

I've never tried it, but apparently dirty knickers go down very well on Ebay as well _pale_

There are some sick individuals on there.
I remember when DS was little selling his clothes on there and being sent a message asking if I had any boys underwear or socks for sale, needless to say my DH sent a message asking were the person lived so they could be "delivered" and unfortunatly for us he lived no were near anyone we knew who could go and have a quiet word but DH did locate the nearest cop shop and rang them forwarding all the messages we had recieved from this individual regarding liking kids clothes and his address.
Last we heard he was being watched but they had no other evidence of actual offences on kids just a record of buying loads of kiddie things off ebay:eek:
It was enough to stop me from selling kids clothes there, I now donate the good ones and give the rest to a friend who's struggling to feed and clothe her 4 kids by herself who then takes them to a clothing recyclers, better that she has the money than someone I don't know
