Looking a taking in a detour to the burton o. Trent super store anybody know if it has any scanners and is any good or would Mickleover be better ?

Dont know about BOT or Mo/ver but they have the self scanners at Alfreton, not sure if this is too much out of the way for you though.

Can I just ask, where is the DTD sign? I've looked carefully at every sign at my local's CS desk and have never seen any DTD sign anywhere. This is why I'm so scared of going to ask for DTD.....
It is a large long blue sign behind CS desk.
Probably 2 feet across by 4 feet high!

The DTD policy is 3rd up from the bottom!

Also most checkouts have a mini version, about A6 size, usually in a plastic holder on a pole, or a sticker somewhere on their pod.
I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

I just want to say thanks to Tesco.

We have just had the yummiest dinner courtesy of Ts whoopsies.

I roasted a (whoopsied) duck. Made a plum sauce from scratch with whoopsied plums. Fluffy roast potatoes (whoopsied potatoes of course!) roasted in duck fat.
Pureed parsnips (whoopsied parsnips!), Brussels and carrots (also whoopsied), and a lovely gravy made with the duck and veg stocks.

    Yum yum. :)

I am so going to make it again! The plum sauce was a triumph and sooooo easy!

    Edit:

If I was a cat, I'd look something like this right now:

  • Hello all, hope you've had a good crimbo.
Not been on here for a while but a few days before christmas I got DTD on some Sony headphones (from a clip strip). I would give more details but I'm not at home at the moment to give barcode etc. Anyway I bought 5 pairs but only got DTD on 2 of them as I was told that's their new policy. Do you think she was !!!!!!!!ting me? I just got the difference back on the other 3. I overheard the other SA at customer service saying to her that she didn't know it had changed, but my SA was quite adamant that it had. Does anyone know if this is the case or not?
    Thanks in advance!!!:)
  • Have been meaning to ask, some of you have mentioned avatars, is there some reason that I cant see anyones avatar, do I need to change any settings on my laptop? - Thanks

Looks like Ashford, Middx is on the ball. The BT Freelance phone had the SEL back at normal price and all the reduced ones were in date.

    Ah well, I'll keep trying.
