hiya everyone

hope you all had a lovely christmas .......roll on new years eve now !! we are going to a party on 30th and party at a family members new year so will be fun first time in years we have been out new year !!

i was gutted as didnt get on for a while and missed a week or so of oep shopping thought it had stopped !! managed a few bits on saturday though thank you all !!

had an eventful day today spent with oh and his family but ended up in a big row with his sister..........stupid cow thinks she can dictate to me things about dd4 and she is the most rubbish auntie ever sees her once a year at christmas !! no effort all year long ever !! so she shouted i shouted she shouted and eventually i said to her well if you want to see dd ever again you will do it my way i am her mother !! so she shut up then thankfully !! now oh wants me to say sorry but told him he has no chance dd is my child not hers so she can say sorry to me before she sees her again ( next christmas lol ) it really winds me up that he cant see i am right just that his stupid sisiter got put in her place !! and dd is really close to my family and i have some amazing friends i see all the time who love dd and actually make the effort to see her where as she dont even text and ask how she is ever !!! ahhhhh sorry rant over now needed to get it out again or will end up ranting as oh and best i leave him to stew on it and talk to him tomorrow !! but i am not saying sorry no one seems to get i am her mummy and what i say goes not some idiot biologically contected !!

guna do some cleaning tomorrow and let dd play with new toys then maybe park and mr t's looking foward to some nice dtd's fingers crossed !!!

have read back last 10 pages but missed alot the last week can anyone tell me what 1p's or cheapys there is to look out for ? also when should we expect christmas stuff to go mega cheap ? i am after a massive stock of wrapping paper this year as didnt get any reduced last year and hated buying it full price this year ! did get some 59p in mr s today but 4m and i usually get disney 99p for 5m so ok but not amazingly cheap !

Goes without saying obviously that these things happen lol and it would never be deliberate :rotfl: but i was just wondering. I've only done one,blatantly deliberately and the SA knew it too...the guy I tipped off told her I was coming over:mad: and needless to say I stood there waiting for security!

On the plus side she handed over DTD no questions asked but I'm interested to know your thoughts.

I won't preach to anyone, but people DO get banned from stores for 'abusing the spirit of the scheme' as Tesco put it. Just bear it in mind.

I often turn down DTD in my local stores just because I save far more through year round whoopsies than I do through a few DTD opportunities and hence don't wish to risk getting banned.

Horses for courses and depends what suits your circumstances.

I popped down to my T's for the last hour only to find the web info was wrong and it had already closed an hour before.

Never mind.....nice to have a few days without Tesco.
