Need to go and read back now! The Hi-therm (or whatever they're called!) Silentnight duvets appeared in my local today but can someone post the barcodes please? (Bolded so people skim-reading notice)Only the Kingsize were there (I am after a double and a kingsize), I scanned it at SS (our price checker is broken) but it went through at £32, I'm not paying that!

The woman said all the other sizes will be out for opening time on Boxing Day so I'm hoping to strike lucky.....

  • A bit of a lurker here - never found a bargain in Mr T's yet!! However I love reading this thread -it is very entertaining as well as informative, so popped out of lurkdom to wish everyone a very happy Christmas. Keep up the good work and fingers crossed I may be able to contribute next year!!

I may have over did it slightly:o

All this for £40. Stuff was being reduced to 70% and it was flying off the shelves. Sis got a Tesco turkey reduced from £19 to £5.

Impressive! It was rubbish in my local for anything apart from veg and a few chilled items, meat was going down to 50% off only, and I was there 30 mins before closing! *Ahh-bumhug!!!*

I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me today, and we all could probably use more calm in our lives. Some doctor on tv this morning said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started. So I looked around my house to see things I'd started and hadn't finished so I have managed to finish off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonnay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, a pockage of Prungles, tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valiuminun scriptins, the res of the chesescke an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how bludy fablus I feel rite now.. Plaese sned dhis orn to dem yu fee ar in ned ov iennr p!ss. An telum,u blody luvum.!!!

Not sure if it was in this thread that mentioned the brand new Tefal cookware that is going through at ridiculous prices in Tesco.

But I bought the cake pan for 37p. The man said I couldn't take it off the shelf because the price isn't live and is only activated for the Boxing Day sale but I grabbed one when he wasn't looking.

Feel half tempted to walk back to tesco to grab some more in particular the roasting dishes.

Do you mean the Pyrex stuff or is this something completely different?

I am even tho I have to start work at 6am tomorrow :)

Hope you have a quiet shift. Our office is open tomorrow as well, but I was lucky and happen to be on a day off.

Have you got to work for many hours?

Only 4 hrs 6am-10am I chose the early shift as I'm always up early, I will probably be up drinking til 12 (started at 5pm) but will still have the house hoovered and dusted before I start at 6am :)
