I still haven't been to Mr T's - tomorrow it will be Mr M to use The Sun coupon but may get into Mr T's as well if time to use Sun coupons their too.

Fudge_Cake - well done for getting through the anorexia and telling us about it ((hugs)) and :T :T All these sort of addictions are very similar - drink, drugs, ciggies, food whether it is non-eating or over-eating and mostly have to be treated as mental conditions. I know a couple of people who self-harm and it made me realise how some people 'self-harm' in so many other ways than cutting. Our minds are very powerful things and when you are 'not in control' all you want to do is punish yourself :o:o

On that, to keep me on track and knowing that others on hear are slimming at the moment - can I suggest a weekly 'weigh-in' to help us all? No-one has to do it but I will be posting my weight loss or gain :o every Monday night from now on. I will turn 60 in July 2013 and have made it my target to get as much off by then as possible. I am not setting an actual target as such, but just can't see me struggling on much past 60 if I am putting this much strain on my body :o

Hope you have fun at M's, got some good bargains in there recently. Kelloggs Bran Flakes are currently £1 for 500g :D
3Dogs I think that's absolutely fantastic setting yourself a long term goal, slow and steady is always the best method of weight loss. It's little changes that make the huge differences :T I can relate completely to the whole arthritis thing, wishing you could be more active and energetic but never quite getting there. I've been on steroids since I was 5, then there was the whole anorexic period, then I put on loads of weight so I've been all over the place too and share your frustrations! I look forward to seeing your progress and hopefully other's that join in too :)

And thank you :o I agree wholeheartedly regarding self harm, control and addictions.

No don't shut up, this place is as much an outlet for our own troubles as it is about bargain hunting chickie xx

I know what you mean about family though, I don't speak to any of my remaining family because of the effect they have on my state of mind/self worth!

    Oops, sorry :o

Thanks kadison :jI'm lucky to have my Mum, if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be alive, she's my angel :A

That's the extent of my family....well her, and my friends and the Elite 11+ ;););)

Hope you're feeling better today lovely? xx (or yesterday as the case is now, posting at 2:40am! :p)
