got my card in the post totally bent in half and unusable!

but...

shouldn't complain as it was free!!!

i use moonpig anyway - i love them, such professional cards (not normally delivered bent anyway!!)

Ordered one for mum for my dad and it hasnt turned up, it says it was sent 1st class on the 8th????

I would blame your postman. All 7 that I sent arrived in perfect order.

as i said, they're not normally delivered bent anyway...

but i realised this time that the envelope wasn't very sturdy, so partly their fault

Sorry to hear of those who either haven't had them yet or who have had damaged ones. Luckily our six were fine - what I would say though is the larger size ones are better protected as the envelope they come with is sturdy card not paper like the standard size ones.

One of our larger size ones looked like the postal envelope had been dropped in a puddle by the PO but thankfully the card and envelope inside was fine.
