Area trainer for Domestic and General insurance. Did a few management jobs, but the work life balance was crap. Ended up in Currys as a salesman. Loved it. The company were pretty good, and I worked with the best guys.
Work is not just about the money
Was facing a fifty percent pay cut, so got this job. Really happy doing it, but it can get a bit lonely. MSE is a great lifeline.
I want to get ahead in the job, but having nearly lost everything appreciate what I have a lot more.

  • Hello
I work as a sales assistant in Warehouse
I work for my mums old company, doing customer service
    And I sell Virgin Vie
I love all three, but would give up warehouse first because the hours are awkward and decided for me and the others aren't!
Plus I get paid well from the latter two and get loads of freebies from Virgin Vie!

I'm a PA in the Civil Service. I love being an assistant. Hubby is a stay at home Dad. I love the way our family works and the role reversal is a a challenge - trying to re-programme our respective roles to each other's.

I really appreciate not having to get the kids to a child minder in the morning or pick them up at the end of the day. I work full time, but start at 7.30am so I can finish at 3.30pm and enjoy the rest of the day with the family.
    DMP mutual support number 174

    I'm now debt free after 6 years!!:j
Non smoker since June 2006 :j
