I had mine for 2 days over last weekend.

They put a restriction of 100 miles on the test drive (I negotiated a 200 mile limit, but still not the "unrestricted" I was hoping for.

Also on the pre-printed document it said you'd be change £10 per day, although I wasn't :-)

Had to return it with the same petrol levels.

All in all very good service. If I actually wanted to buy the car they were very friendly. But at £15K, no GPS or ipod socket as standard, I'm not sure. Tiptronic gear box was great fun though :-)

How did you find it when picking the car up? Were they funny with you?

Only reason I ask is I worked in a car dealership for years and when we had people picking vehicles up for extended test drives we were always a little dubious and suspicious of them. Now I want to be one fo those people!

Saying that I worked for BMW so we probably had a reason to be dubious. How are the Toyota staff? nice and straight forward or did they make the pick up a difficult one? paperwork etc?
