Tom Tom Go 710 or 910?

I am thinking of buying a Tom Tom but confused.
There is a price difference of 50 quid but 910 looks good as it has got 20 Gb hard drive, Text-to-speech and remote control over 710.
Does 710 give problems as the software is on SD card?
Please help!
Thanks

Used a 710 on a banger rally last September to take us all the way from Bath to Naples in Italy and back to Rome.
No issues with it at all, I even updated the maps with the pocket GPS speed camera database, so I knew where all the speed cameras were all the way to Italy.
early 710's did have an occasional locking up issue, that would require a reset to sort out.
We had a later one which never had this issue.
The biggest advantage of a 910 is the USA maps, the 710 will also do the h/f car kit / mp3 thing.
Unless you travel to the USA regularly, I'd go for the 710Working through my debts one company at a time0 -
can the 710 not be updated with maps to the US?_________0

frankly both seem overpriced to me a tomtom one will set you back £175 while th 910 is £340 odds.
personaly i dont plan on leaving the uk so driving elsewhere aint an issue to me and the rest of the stuff seems like not much use, £165 will buy you a very nice mp3 player that does a lot more0
