The morality of it is completely immaterial. The fact is that the money isn't there to pay the pensions which means they won't be paid.

Hmm, 'tis a good point.

If any legalised heroin junkie were to appear on tv saying "I'm a 20 a day man", then I fear the cause would be lost.

In my home town pub, the cleanest thing in the whole place is the cigarette machine, because it has not been touched by human hand
