I Wanna Steam Cleaner - recommendations please

I'd like to buy a Steam Cleaner for floors and furniture - can you recommend one you have bought?

I am very tempted by the shopping channels ads but the plastic looks chap and nasty.

The one my mum bought on the high street a few years ago gave up the ghost on the second use.

Have you found one that is relaible and effective? If so please let me know

just to say i have had 2 and one broke on 2nd go and other on 3rd go...my mum had one which also broke staight away.
also i would be put off buying on shopping chanels {unless it is qvc} after what i have read lately, people not getting item or wants refund and getting email off shopping chanel saying we don,t want you shopping with us you idiot etc...
