Anyone heard of Onclick pharmacy? Found some Corioliss straighteners at a good price but not sure whether to order.

It is almost impossible to get them to answer a telephone call and being an 0844 number it cost loads to hang on for ages too.
They say things are out of stock yet still list them as available on their web site.
As of today their on-line checkout has stopped working too - Have they gone into liquidation?
When you send an email you may sometimes get a reply saying that they receive over 1000 emails a day (all complaints I shouldn't wonder) so be patient!
I am still waiting for an order placed on 16 Nov and am unable to get any reply about this today.
My advice would be that they are very cheap but if something goes wrong they do not care SO DO NOT USE THEM0 -

Does anyone know what is really going on with One Click Pharmacy ?
I am very concerned about this company . I have two orders waiting to be disaptched, the first of which was made in November. They have not replied to my emails with queries to update the status of my orders.
I also noticed this week that you can't proceed to checkout. I was actually going to oRder again before i twigged something was wrong. I initially thought there was something wrong with my computer but after days of trying I decided to email them to ask what the problems is - no reply.
I am worried becuase they have got my money and i've no goods.
Please share advice on what to do if anyone else is going through the same problems. They ought to be brought up on a charge. What a shambles

I have today notified my bank about lack of contact/delivery but they have got my cash and they are opening a dispute for me based on the fact I paid by Visa Debit. Its only a nominal amount, but on a pension £54+ is a lot. On the advice of CAB in Cambridge I have also written to them by recorded delivery and given them 14 days, bearing in mind Christmas is upon us and told them I will take whatever steps it takes to recover my money.
I suspect they've gone up the creek without a paddle!0 -
I also made an order with them and 3 weeks later no goods and no response from any of their email contact addresses. Today I can't access the site... not looking good.0

i also did a order about 3 weeks ago. I thought i paid via debit card but then noticed i paid via credit card so i am doing a chargeback. I have tried calling and emailing but no contact.0

I've ordered from them a few times in the past, I think they're just very bad at customer service.0
