Wedding Venues in Norfolk

I thought I would set up this thread in hope that it may help other Norfolk brides. I am finding it incredibly hard to find a nice venue in North Norfolk for under £3,000 that isn't a hotel. I google for hours... I would love something near the beach or on the broads, does anyone have any ideas?
I should mention when I say Wedding Venues, I mean for the 'party', we are getting married in our local Church.

Well, we live in North Norfolk and ideally if it doesn't include food we'd like it to be about £2,000. We don't really mind what it is, as long as it isn't a hotel lol! I'd love something near water such as a beach or the broads. I've thought about the boat idea but don't know if people would enjoy being on one for hours so we decided to do a day of boating before the wedding! I saw Chaucer Barns in Gresham but it's quite pricey at £5,000!!! We are getting married May 17th 2014 so hoping for nice weather, so outdoor space would be great! I've lived here my whole life but really don't know many venues! x0
