If a full timer works 5 days and gets 22 days leave per year, then someone working 3 days (0.6) would get 13.2 days. However, you started approx 24% of the way through the year, so you would get 10 days for the period 23rd march to 31st December.
You left 15 days early, so you lose half a day for that. So you had 9.5 days for working 3 days per week.

You really need to check your contract. Some employers don't pay sick pay. Holiday pay many employers do for whole months (1-31) only so a part month would get nothing. I'ld check with HR of the company as well.

hello my contract says they do pay sick pay after 6 months so my sick for this month should of been paid :s. ahh thank you for that information on the whole months :) thank you

you are a star!! so i took 10 so i owe them about £25 not £94.50!! but with the aditional three months at 4 days i would have accrued extra days? maybe 3 full days? so at that they not only owe me my £94.50 back but another 2 and a half days pay?

mildred you are very clever to be able to work all of this to me its like algebra!!!! thank you very much xx

Right, 3 months of working 1 extra day per week would earn you 1.1 days extra holiday.

You say on another thread that you were late to work twice. Did you miss hours?

No, on a thread about your car you said getting it to the garage made you late for work twice.

    I've solved the £7k mystery.

You were on about £6 per hour basic, weren't you?

Someone working 22.5 hours per week at £6 would earn £7020 IN A YEAR. You started 24% in so you couldn't have been due £7020 for the period you worked.

If you did 22.5 hours for 24 weeks, and 30 hours for 13 weeks, you'd get a total basic pay of £5600ish (but that's up to 31 December but you left early).

oh yeah thats nothing to worry about tho as we often worked on twos and we wernt paid for a lunch break so i would work an aditinal hour per day for free my boss was very good about this and if we needed to leave early or such as we were going to the dentist they wont deduct it from your wages as we dont get paid overtime as the compnay didnt have the budget for it if that all makes sense?

thank you so much for your help! your a star!! so ill call tomorrow and say hey cheeky people please may you pay my sick decudtion and my holiday deduction with my nov-dec commision and then we should be square thank you very very much! xx
