Quick quid loan
Ok, So I'm really confused.
I took out a quid loan 2 weeks ago (I know not the best idea!)
My next payday was today and so the money plus interest was supposed to come out today.
I checked my online banking and the money had not been taken. I then called their customer services line to ask what was going on and she said my account had been closed and I will no longer be able to get a loan.
But I have been given money and not paid it back and she said I will not have to pay it back and my account is now 0.
I'm really confused as to how this has happened - surely they would want my money. I'm also worried that will just take the money when they feel like it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Phone up again and get it in writing that you owe them nothing - this'll either make them realise "hang on, he does need to pay us back" or will give you a good grounding to claim back any extra fees they charge you if they realise this later0
