A christmas suggestion

if buying clothes for a youngster for christmas, send the reciept to the parent so that if it doesn't fit, they can exchange or return.
so often my little girlie gets stuff that doesn't fit her because although she's nearly 6, she's got the leg length and bum of an average 7 year old, but the waist of the average large 4 year old/small 5 year old, and returning things without the reciept is so often incredibly hard
so please, spare a thought for parents xxx
(also, if buying something which needs batteries, please send a couple!)

So true - I have a very tall 12 year old. People comment on his height, yet buy him clothes for his age and they never fit. He is wearing men's clothes now. Even his dad gets him things for his age, yet knows that he wears 9suitable!) adult clothing because of the fit.
As for batteries, I always get packs of AA and AAA, just in case.0 -
I don't tend to buy clother for other peoples kids incase they didnt fit, i stick to toys.0
