Am I low or high Tax payer

Dont know how to find this.

I am 95L
Hubby 498L

We have opened Halifa joint savings account, someone said -may be better to have account in my name only as pay less tax maybe. But i dont know if i pay less anyway.

    It depends how much interest you earn and also what you earn on your other income sources. Your tax bands stay the same but your personal allowance stays the same (you start paying tax £4000 earlier than your husband).

    Can you give us more information?

    As I said, if you're not earning a lot of interest it doesn't really matter if your account's in joint or single names
