                    Hi all,
I left a job back in June this year, I never claimed any overtime during the period I was there, I'm guessing its probably too late to do it now?
I was contracted to work 37 hours per week, but it was probably closer to 50 hours per week.
I hated the job so I'd love to !!!! them off

they'd probably reject it and say you were salaried and overtime wasn't payable; or that any overtime you earned can be taken as TOIL0

Assuming you could have claimed it, the fact that you didn't means you volunteered. And employers don't have to pay people who volunteer to stay at work for free. If overtime is paid there is an accounting system and authorising system in place - you hve to keep some sort of record of the hours that you worked and that they were authorised. So I don't see any way that you could now claim it.0

You are also out of time to take the matter to an Employment Tribunal.
OK, you can also pursue unpaid wages through the County Court but this would involve paying a fee up front.
To be honest, without some real evidence that a contract for overtime exists, I wouldn't waste more than the cost of a stamp on this.0

            Cheers all.
Didn't think so. Was worth an ask!0
