    Give it another go Calley/tink1981, I have resaved it as a pdf file. I have contacted MSE Web Admin to ask them to provide a generic file downloader link as Dropbox isn't compatible with all browsers.

    In the meantime, if it still fails, pm me an email address and I will email it to you as an attachment.
