Best Place to buy Tinned foods in bulk

Hello

I was wondering where the best place is to buy tinned foods in bulk?

Costco is too far away for me over 60 miles, and the cash and carry is not as competitive when they charge the additional VAT to the price.

I live in the South West near Devon/Dorset Border so any suggestions would be welcome.

Supermarkets when offers are on - stock up/buy in bulk.
I wish supermarkets would sell in 12's/24's (full cases) at discount prices.
Lidl/Aldi/B&M Stores/Home Bargains - not case lots, but generally cheaper per can.

For some things, approved food. See thread elsewhere on here. But their stock varies. Good for tinned tomatoes.
