I am guessing the ING offer is low because they are new to mortgage business - online calculators for other mortgage companies offer us much more.
Of course they do.
Online calculators are nothing more than a marketing tool used by the lender. They are geared to try and entice the borrower in to make an application. Therefore they are always going to show a very generous lending ability.0
