Hi all,
I'm hoping to prepare an Xmas stocking for an adult male. Can anyone think of some cheap things I can get to put in it pls? He isn't really a chocolate / sweets person. I've done all of my Xmas shopping but would like to do this too if I can. All out of ideas now though
Many thanks :xmassign:

Tesco were selling a tequila gift set - a 50cl bottle of Jose Cuervo, a shot glass and a miniture salt shaker for a fiver. I got given it as a secret santa present last week and was very happy with it. Play were also selling Stig car air fresheners for £1.69 or so a week or two ago, not sure if the offer is still on, they also sell some pretty good/funny mugs. Mini aftershave or male facial masks from Superdrug (or wherever) are also pretty good value. It really depends what sort of stuff he's into, I suppose.0

i do things like shower gel, radox, hand cream, some beer and things like that. He is a smoker so gets cigarette papers, filters and a new tobacco tinI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Thanks people. Like the idea of a miniature spirit, though maybe not tequila, probably brandy. Will check that out. Like car air freshener and facial stuff too. Already got shower gel. Sorry frugal, I can't knit. Need to get my mum to teach me. Or maybe she can knit it herself

Thanks for the ideas

My OH loves chinese food so I got him some nice fancy chop sticks rather than the 50p ones from the take away. Bet he cant guess these!0

I do my OH a stocking every year and this year he has...
- Jack Daniels miniature
- Boxers
- Socks
- Lynx shower gel
- Couple of cases for his phone
- Tie for work
- Pens for work
- USB flash drive (in shape of a bullet and it's a keyring, they do lots of novelty ones
)
- Scarf
- iWrench (phone stand)
- Multi tool knife (like a pen knife - just a blokey gadgety thing!)
He has about 20 things for his stocking and isn't getting anymore :rotfl: but other ideas are a little envelope with a few scratch cards in, gloves, if he likes tools and DIY type things, in Poundland they do lots of cool DIY gadgets and things that are quite cool, if he's a smoker, lighters, ciggie papers, etc, 2012 diary, deodorant. Can't think of much more. I do love making a stocking up though!
Hope that helps x:T Mummy to 1. Devoted wife. Christmas addict! Life lover. Thrifter & Crafter. OU Student :T0 -
Not much to add really, I do boxers, socks, smellies, jelly sweets (yes he is a child LOL!!) and I always include choccy coins!
Frugal I love the reason you used for editing your post, very appropriate !!!! LOL :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0
