Ello people this is my first post so be gental if i get it wrong or witter too much....have just redone my morgage this month had two one with the Yorkshire Building Society and one with Firstplus, wrong i know but i learnt after the event. I had the morgage from around the 1/01/04 with FirstPlus. I got a settlement letter from them asking how much I had left to pay last year. I got a loan from them of £35.000 the amount stood at £37,357.13 on the 16/07/2006 if I settled the account then. And that figure has not changed much up to me repaying them last month.now they add a admin fee of £150 to settle the account what i need to know can I claim any thing back off them?
