Magners win, help please?

Thanks ThingamaBob won a Magners special gift pack which I think is from day 9 of the advent. I had to advise my address then got an email saying I had to prove my age by sending them a copy of my passport or driving licence with matching address. Do you think it is okay to scan my licence and send it by email (they didnt give me an address to send it in the post)?
