Is there a price/deal comparison on the postage DVD rental schemes that are springing up? I am thinking of joining one and looking for the best introductory offer. I thought this might be covered somewhere on this site. Please can someonel let me know where it is?

Quidco have links to several including Lovefilm - I think you get £13.50 for signing up for a trial.

I joined the Blockbuster free trial 2 weeks ago, and today received an email offering 3 months for the price of 2, which I have now signed up to. I have to saying, their service and turnaround speed seems far superior to Lovefilm, from what I have experienced so far.

yes,,,, blockbuster are brilliant,,,,and there an exclusive 4 week trial on MSE arranged by the man himself.

Lovefilm seem to be unofficially delaying sending disks out to limit the number you can get. I have over 70 in my queue and it takes 1-2 days to send new ones out.

Just recently cancelled my free trial with Blockbuster, although they were brilliant. One problem though on Martins cancellation terms he quotes you have 28 days to return the DVD's after you cancel. Unfortunately I have been charged £14.99 as I sent them back eight days after cancellation date. I probably shoud have read the terms and conditions at Blockbuster as the do quote they must be returned within seven days. So for me not quite the freebie I hoped for. Just hope this helps so nobody else gets caught out.
