K TWO sale still some sale items & free del & 10% code

Just a little note on my experiences - I made three seperate orders - all three were shown as dispatched very quickly, I received two of the packages shortly thereafter, I was really impressed with the shipping time (considering it was before Christmas) and the items were really pretty.

I figured the third item was caught up in the post so I didn't worry too much - until it got to late last week and I still hadn't received it. I gave them an email and still hadn't heard anything five days later, so I sent a chase email.

When I got home that evening a replacement item was waiting for me.

I sent a third email that evening apologising for the chase email (I do appreciate they are a small team) and thanking them for sending a replacement product.

To date there has been no acknowledgment of any of my emails! As I said I do appreciate they must be extraoirdinarily busy and their shipping times are amazing, but a one sentence email just to let me know what was happening would have made the process seamless.

Did it really? You would think eBay was the only site that exists online sometimes, especially in this instance when people pay more on there than on the original stockist. As you say...madness lol.

I just checked my emails and had the 10% code sent, will check out the new items shortly, I do like their stuff. Well someone or something has to keep our household in order. Lol. How I manage my team of 18 at work I'll never know, I'm not at all organised! Lol

Just ordered another receipt folder. £3.60 delivered. Didn't know whether to get two the first time as to be super organised and on top of my finances I should really have two (one for crafting expenditures, one for every day living stuff) but buying two kinda felt like defeating the goal of the first place which was to save money by being organised... If you get what I'm saying :rotfl:

Now I don't have to worry.

Im offically addicted, today came the garden planner for pressie drawer, insuance file and travel clippings file for me, a few more reciept files for pressiesand awaiting the personal document file for me. Also ordered a few bits that were cheaper at Waterstones.

I will be tidy and organised this year!
