I wouldn't send them your wage slips or bank statements.

There's a place on here to help you with your statement of affairs (SOA) which will help you fill out the form (there's more knowledgeable people on here who can tell you where to find it). Go through your SOA first and make sure you double check all the figures are correct and then once you receive the form, fill it in and sent it back as soon as you can.

You might want to run your completed form past CCCS or do their Debt Remedy as you are only allowed certain amounts of money for each heading - so for a family of 2 you might be allowed x for food and they will object if you are putting down that you spend over that.

I had this problem with welcome finance, they rang all the time even on days i wasnt working, i spoke to them one day, gave them my mobile number told them i was going to lose my job if they kept ringing work as i wasnt allowed personal calls and they seemed to stop, they rang my mobile as i told them to.
If they think that you may lose your job over it then they wont get their money at all.

Ive told them that calling my work is getting me in trouble
They call 3 time aday and night even when I talk to them they
Still ring I've offers them £10 pounds month
Filling form in this week but they said they will not
Look at it if I don't send wage slips and bank statements

I've asked them to stop playing the games just
So they can inflate the debt there adding over £35
Each month in intrest i asked the for a ccj today but they
    Refused that

I'm sure I've read on here a letter to send when there
Asking for wages/bank slips say a ccj would not
Ask, I'm worried if I send bank statement they will
Set up a dd and take money

Focus - called the CCCS and ask their advice, they will be able to support you in this, and perhaps speak to Capital One for you. Also (and it's pasted above in a link) there is a letter that you can send to Capital One to tell them to stop ringing you.

Hi as from last night it just under £300 I no its not a lot
But I've other debts as well I have £100 left to share out
    I've allocated £10 for them
  • £10 a month seems quite reasonable for that amount of debt. Speak to CCCS as Blushing Rose said above and they will help you.
