Couldn't get the NHS discount to work and tried phoning their helpline. 15 mins later I was still on hold and gave up!

I just phoned the helpline and was told that i have to place my order and pay and then they refund an amount back to my card. But sometimes doesnt always work like that?!? The chap on the phone didnt really know what i was talking about and kept asking for a number for my nhs...told him there is no number and that it says it will automatically apply it at checkout which it doesnt. Says to place order and then email if it doesnt work.

So much for online shopping, least instore it is much less complicated.

Dresses from £7, necklaces from £1 and lots more, some good stuff. Ive had a look for discount codes but cant seem to find any apart from the 10% off when you sign up to their newsletter...maybe someone else knows of one and will post

The 10% code works on original prices I think as put £34 of items in basket and it took £3.40 off

Thats what happened to me, I went for next day del for £1 more saved 4.65 on the 10% off so not too bad
