Debt collectors have absolutely no powers whatosever and will simply harrass you and coerce you into paying. I would write them a sturn letter pointing out that you no longer reside at that address and all future correspondence should be addressed to you at your new address. Get in touch with the CAB or CCCS who may be able to guide you with dealing with them if need be. Don't tolerate threatening letters, especially when they're being sent to your parents address.
