I have been accepted by NR for a loan the info i need now is as follows-

Once i send back my agreement how long does it take to get the welcolm letter.

Then once i have funds what other documents are sent to me. ie do you get a letter before payments are due?

then once the loan is set up do you ever get any other documents?

Just im trying to do this on the QT so i need to try and get the mail before anyone else lol

They are quite quick with sending you a letter telling you when the first payment will be.

Thats the only letter i got after i sent back the agreement. (the agreemenet letter includes all the info you need)

I never got any other documents once the loan was set up, but my boyfirend did when he missed a payment!

did they send you the letter as soon as they got the signed agreement? or once funds were transferred ?

Im trying to work out how i can get the letter delivered either on sat, mon or the tuesday. so if i sent documents today do you think they would post it out on thurs/ frid ?

sorry was it within the week you sent back agreement or was it a while after you sent it back

You normally get it back within days and it explains your payments and the loan. the money is paid into your bank at about the same time, Sometimes before you get the letter.

Just gone through my records for you :

17th dec date of agreement (so i must of received on 19th)
Im assuming they received my signed agreement by 21st

Letter back from them is dated the 22nd, so maybe they received my agreement then, this reached me on 28th i think.....delay due to christmas!

So i would say : as soon as they receive your agreement they will send you a welcome letter with the first direct debit date. Expect it 1-2 days after that

I think if as i said i send my agreement back on wednesday they should receive thursday action and send out on friday so i should get it by the sat/mon/tue.
