Only thing I can suggest is the recycled air in planes can be very drying and make your body more vulnerable due to dry nose and throat and dehydration of your body. Sip and drink water as you travel (I know it is expensive to buy bottled once you are through security but it's still worth it, watch out for offers, we sued to get 2 big bottles by buying 2 Daily Telegraphs cheaper than one full price from the shelf).The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. i saw that actress out of Lost on a chat show once and she said she always puts nutragena hand cream inside her nostrils and she has never got sick after a flight.
