M&S Sale *update* further reductions now

So are we all now looking forward to the next M&S Sale, which - if I remember correctly from last year - will be all of the remaining winter stock - and will be at the end of February????

NOT impressed with the online sale & will NOT be ordering from them again!!!!

I placed an order on 17th Jan for 13 items grand total inc discounts was £30

I used the £5 off orders over £35 and got free delivery for orders over £30 too

BUT one by one I got e-mail after e-mail saying some of my items were OOS..

I didn't worry too much as the £5 discount and free delivery were still showing up - Till YESTERDAY

So FIRSTLY they are OOS of a WHOPPING 9 items out of 13 so I am actually only getting 4 out of the 13 items some of which I really wanted , then they had the cheek to remove all my discounts like it was my fault they were OOS

I phoned them and they said that is their 'policy' but after complaining and telling them I have spent HEAPS with them over Christmas and New year which I HAVE and WON'T be ordering again she agreed to refund the postage just this once , but only got a 65p discount instead of the £5

It takes them over 10 DAYS TO DELIVER whats ''left'' of my order and then takes the free delivery and discount off when I purposely made sure I ordered over £35 to GET the discounts and they only CHANGE it on dispatch on their website to show no discounts any more and too late to cancel!!! :(

They were gonna charge me £20 for just 4 items now when it was originally just an extra £10 for the extra 9 items which weren't all low priced items and I'm not impressed or pleased at all with my ''savings'' now!!

The exact same thing happened to me and when I complained twice the second Time I got told I had already been told that things sometimes go out of stock and then in stock again and there was no point in explaining this again to me. However a gesture of good will the refunded the postage. I decided after such a rude email I cancelled the rest of the order.

There stock levels have always been poor. But I got a cancellation email and straight after receiving that the item that was cancelled was back in stock online.

They've just lost a customer over their stupid policies and greed after a 2nd phone call they agreed to refund me £3.35 , but then I got a refund notification for £2.35 so they nicked my pound basically! lol

Like they really need it , it feels like they want to get every penny out of me that they CAN - Well NO MORE of my 'pennies' will be going to them and I have spent loads this year with them so far , but its hit the road Jack now , or should I say Mark

I won't be chasing them up for my pound , can't be arsked to phone them again but they will be losing way more than a pound from me now , good!!! lol

Sorry but 9 out of 13 items going OOS AFTER I order them is RIDICULOUS , let alone the shpeil they give you when you try and query it..

Plus over 10 DAYS for delivery and then they try and make you pay for it is RUBBISH and I am no longer a fan Mr M&S!.....

omgggggggggg NOW I just got an e-mail to say part of my delivery is gonna be late & not till 6th of Feb so approx 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING & they expect me to pay postage which was meant to be free anyway!

Shoddy shoddy service and NEVER AGAIN - They do free delivery offers and discount codes and low sale prices to entice you & then can't honour ANY of it let alone deliver in a DECENT TIME SLOT = RUBBISH!!

You can also just search for a single letter, such as A or E then list from lowest to highest price, all of the cheapest stuff is there.
