On November 16th, I made an order for about £80 from this website xb360mods.co.uk, via the google checkout option.
A few days later I emailed through their website, and they said it would be dispatched the following week.
I have emailed 4 times through the google checkout system since (so have copies of the correspondence), and after recieving no reply, I asked google to mediate in my request for a refund. After 5 days, the merchant didn't respond to googles mediation requests.
So my question is what can I try now to recover my money? I paid with a visa debit, is there something I can do via my bank?
People like this make me sick, I keep checking their Facebook page, and they keep deleting posts from different people, who I assume are in the same position as I am. I think they were previously a legit seller who has all of a sudden decided to close shop, and take orders before Chirtsmas and pocket the money
Anyway, thanks for any advice you're able to offer!
