All my creditors except 3 have accepted my dmp with payplan however 3 will not accept the dmp.
these are: unclebuck, chequecentre and txtloan
Unclebuck phone me today threatening 3rd party action which I guess means a debt collection agency.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

Let them threaten a debt collector, in fact if it does get passed on it's better for you as they will generally play ball with the DMP.
Just pay your DMP payments, let your provider (CCCS, Payplan or whoever) pay the creditors. Once the payments start flowing things generally settle down.
Last point, if they do ring you, just say your on a DMP, give your provider and reference number and then politley say goodbye.

Uncle Buck are an American company & a bit of a nightmare to deal with. As E2 said let it go to a DCA. Its not going to make much difference. Dont worry too much about it.
