Decent Black Skinny Trousers?

am looking for some black skinnies in a sz 8/10. I'm 5' tall and I would consider myself a lil' bit plumpish in the leg/belly dept. I've been to Gap, Primark, H&M, New Look, Peacock, Asda, Tesco... and they've all been not the right fit, or the zips been funny (unzip too easily - or do you think that's my belly being too big???) and some are plainly not skinny enough. I've had to return a couple to the shops aforementioned and getting a refund. I don't want skinny jeans as they fade too quickly and they're also have faded patches already in them which I don't like.
Can anyone recmd me a place, pls? thanks:p
btw, am willing to pay upto £30ish, and no, I don't like Jeggings either.

I got a lovely pair in Zara for around £20 - was about 3/4 weeks ago, so it might be worth having a peek to see if they are still in stock and see if they fit.

I go to Zara for their sales for tops and coats, but never trousers as they're way too long for me! therefore, the crotch are will be too baggy/low-cut cut me..0

Next have a couple of different pairs, both get good reviews and are available in Petite leg length too.0

I bought these ones from Dorothy Perkins at the weekend, they fit me really well and I too have a bit of a tummy...these come quite high up the body and have a side zip to contain any muffin top exposure!:

On zips that come apart to easily, try spraying a little hair spray on the done-up zip when your wearing them. Ive had this problem with a few pairs of jeans and trousers and it works.

TeaaCake: does that mean you do this each time you put them on? Don't they come down if you need to unzip them for when you need to go to the loo during the course of the day?0

Buy ones with the right fitting waist and take the legs in yourself. If you want them really skinny but your waist area is disproportionately bigger then look for ones with more stretch, maybe even for "treggings"/"jeggings" that have a zip/buttons not a stretchy waistband.
Do they sell maternity trousers which have a little more room in the waistband rather than a stretchy panel? They could work maybe??Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -

Ive found just the one spray in the morning works fine for the whole day and I only use Superdrug own hair spray

finally got some in Peacocks for about £16. they're not ideal as they're quite baggy. i'll have to take them in but the colour is what i wanted. Jeggings i don't like as they don't look like real trouser material to me..
thanks for the tip, TeaCake, i'll try it next time it happens..0 -
I got some from Miss Slefridge a couple of months ago. Top shop are also well known for their super skinny jeans... Will come in lots of lengths but, overall, probably a bit more expensive....LBM: January 2010DFD: August 27th 20120
