Next's Facebook page is a hoot. Everything I said in my original post and more. I finally agreed to have a directory so I'd get a slot and haven't got a slot so I'm off to Head Office to shove my directory up someone's bum and tell them to stick their shoddy clothing range .

I think the same is for me i have a balance to pay by 22nd and no vip sale i always have one and spend hundreds in the sales and over thousands in the year to be honest if i dont get one this time i will pay off and cancel my card as I consider myself to be a very loyal customer - I never return anything either

I don't know if it makes any difference but I have always had a slot since they started and haven't got one so far this time. I buy regularly online through the Next directory and my balance is at nil so I don't think it is because you have a balance outstanding.

I'm wondering if because they have so many complaints each sale about people not getting slots they have decided to change the criteria. Just a thought.

well they should give us the chance to have one if we are loyal customers who always spend with them no just people who buy one thing here and there
honestly if i dont get one i will be getting rid of my card ( i dont care if people say i am selfish) i am just stating a fact

Totally agree with you. Must admit I feel a bit the same. It annoys me that I have to pay for their directory in the first place. Was just thinking out loud really as to why I was a Next reject this year!!! Oh well will take my money elsewhere!

i will too i buy all my clothes and my sons from next if i get no vip sale this time then i wont be buying a sausage from them again and will cut my card up :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I don't think any emails have been sent out so there is obviously a problem. In my office all four of us normally get vip's. Two have managed to log in and book via the sale link, but they have still not received an email. The other two of us are still waiting and can not get in at all. Normally some have received emails by now, so it's odd nobody on this thread has had one. I think we will all receive them soon. Last time a colleague could log in hours before me and I still got one.

Some emails are being sent out shortly, I have been a next loyal customer for the last 13 years and so far have no invite, does bother me as my friend who opened one last month got one and has never ordered a thing from them, it doesnt go on ordering balances or anything it clearly is randomly generated..but still gets my goat, lol
