Ask for Student discount

DD adores her student discount card (as does Mummy)! She was saying yesterday that River Island now gives Student discount which they didn't a few months ago. Sales assistant told DD that customers were constantly asking for it which they passed onto management and it fed back up the line.

So armed with this she asked in M&S if they gave Student discount and SA said no but I'll pass your comments on to management as they do change things if enough customers ask. Now DD not a big M&S shopper, I think she was getting my Christmas present, but I do find it useful for her to buy things for me on line with the student discount.

So if you have a student discount card it might be worth askiing in store, they can only say no.
