Poor credit loans

I am in the process of trying to find a ligitimate poor credit loan organisation.
Every one I have looked at has been reported as a scam (thanks to the members on these forums - big thumbs up people!!)
I got scammed out of an arrangement fee a week or so ago and it could have been worse, but the penny dropped when a bloke with a strong west african accent asked me to pay the first repayment up front and deposit it into a Barclays account belonging to a Mr Brian Jackson and the loan funds would then be in my account three hours later - Yeah right, I may have been stupid enough to pay the arrangement fee to the broker but I'm not that stupid!!
It was only then that I found these forums and low and behold, these forums exposed the broker as a scam operation and I have been using these forums to check out organisations since and they have all been exposed as scammers - again a big thumbs up to the members here.
My question is this, are there actually any reputable and legitimate poor credit lenders out there? Can anyone recommend any ligitimate poor credit lenders?

The simple answer is - none!
All the lenders who loaned to poor risks have gone out of business because - guess why? - those poor risks didn't pay their loans off.
As Apples2 says, try a Credit Union. But you'll have to save something with them first before they'll lend you any money."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Have you considered something like cash converters?0

Stop wasting your time. These companies don't exist unless you want to hock your whole future.leviathan79 wrote: »I am in the process of trying to find a ligitimate poor credit loan organisation.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Welcome Finance who could've helped you is dead, killed by its own customers.....who failed to pay back funnily enough.
Credit unions are one legit source but require effort from you and other rubbish like FLM and Everyday...I would steer clear though unless you enjoy pain and misery."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
Only loans you will get are Shopacheck provident Greenwoods etc credit unions require you to save with them for a minimum of thirteen weeks so that's no good if you need a loan in a hurry?
The loan sharks will lend you the money but will be a small first time amount like £200 with a huge amount of interest added on top.
Most of them you pay off half then they loan you some more so you never get the dam thing paid off.
I'm so happy I paid off provident years ago and in a few months another brighthouse agreement will be paid and then one in October will make me debt free with them.
Sometimes we are desperate for money and we cannot help borrowing if we have no one to turn too.
Most of the time you get some money saved up and sod's law kicks in and something breaks down, swears.
Good luck to you
I'm not poor i'm just skint0 -
