Currys are giving a £50 voucher when you buy laptops, netbooks, tablets n PC. I would think only selected ones. On top of this you also get 10% off at checkout.
eg
ARCHOS Arnova 7 G2 Tablet PC - 8GB
this tablet is priced at £119 at checkout it takes another £12 off making it
£107 considering another £50 in voucher takes it down to £57, don't forget Quidco/TCB .

This £50 is emailed to you after your purchase but beware you still have to spend over £200 on your next purchase to use the £50 voucher0

I'm not very techy but the Carphone Warehouse is an inferior model, ie resistive screen and Android 2.1 as opposed to the capacative screen and Android 2.3 from Currys x0 -

Thats correct. Avoid resistive screens as they are awful.
I think the £50 voucher is to spend some time in Feb.
Lots of deals around for tablets at the moment. Think everyone is clearing stocks as they know the kindle fire is on its way.0
