Hi, I won this holiday last week but who is paying the £400

Unfortunately, on trying to contact the competition sponsor about how I will receive the money towards the flights/spends I am not getting any reply despite emailing them. From reading the comp I cant tell whether it should be Heatworld or the company supplying the holiday. What do you think? It sounds really cheeky asking who pays the £400 but I cant book the flights until I am certain of receiving this money.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have heard u should never pay money for a prize because its a scam so i would not pay it i hope this helps in some way. sorry if u don't get your trip

If you only won it last week it's a little early to be chasing for details, especially at this time of the year when offices are 'running down' for the holidays. Heatworld are a big Company, they will sort you out, but personally I would leave it until after the holidays before trying to get anything sorted.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Just some frendly advice if you are entering for hols unlukyducky always read the terms and conditions of what you are entering as some prizes don't include everything£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -

I hope you get it sorted but I wouldn't worry. Normally you will receive a cheque with a letter or sometimes the pr company will actually offer to organise the flights and give you the remainder. I'm sure it will all be ok but I understand your keeness to arrange flights. I had exactly the same thing recently, but brought this upon myself because I wanted to travel so soon after being told of the holiday. All the best.Whether we win or lose,that we played at all was a winning decision.
