Survey FAQ - Scam?

Hi everyone
I received a link to this website: survey-faq.com/
I have had a look online but have no idea whether its a scam or not. They don't pay out until you have £1000 in your account and you get around £14 per survey which sounds dodgy but I don't want to pass up on it in case its a good opportunity, can someone help me please? I don't really know where/what to look for
