They have some answers on the answerbank, so I have just "borrowed" their answers:

The badge to the left of Obstinate Rattling is Educating Essex
The hamster with the steering wheel to the left of the 3 dogs is Top Gear
The clock on the wall above the Brentwood sign is The Hour
The red and white rose petal to the right of the dancing couple is Crimson Petal And The White
The scales of justice on top of the building could be either Law & Order or The Jury, or possibly another "law" programme
