They aren't an official stockist, Pandora don't even have official suppliers in Thailand so it is safe to say they are fake.
Pandora is an expensive brand but there is a reason for that, much like any other premium brand you wont be able to buy this pandora bracelet for this price for the real thing. If you choose to buy from them do bare in mind you can pick up something similar as cheap for £4.99 from the perfumestore or other discount store so you would be £20 worse off, you would be handing your card details and address details over to criminals. Best case scenario you get a carpy bracelet not fit for a cracker, worse case scenario your account could be emptied, your details being used in a fraudulent way or nothing turning up. The other thing you have to bare in when you buy fake goods you are funding criminals, criminals that use money to build weapons, destroy lifes, drugs and other criminal activities.
If you can't afford to buy the bracelet at £60 you could wait until the sales where it may or may not come down a little in price, if not I would reconsider buying Pandora. Pandora is expensive and to build a full bracelet costs hundreds and hundreds of pounds which is why those who can afford do buy, it adds to prestige that not everyone will have one.Comping wishlist for 2017

I would avoid. It's better paying the full price for something that will keep rather than paying half price for something that will brake in a couple of months.0

Totally agree, I bought a swarovski bracelet from ebay and it broke very quickly. I took it to the jewellers to get fixed and was told it was lead which is harmful to your health. If you can't afford the brand name chose a similar one from a reputable jeweller.0
