Are there any sites which show cheap train tickets from Belfast to Cork?

My sister is wanting to travel down to Cork for a few days over Christmas.
I had a look at all the links from the main site here on train tickets. None of them seemed to recognise or find journeys that I looked for.
Does anyone know if there is any cheaper way to buy these tickets?
My sister is not into MSE at all, but I hate that she just pays full price for anything without looking for a good deal!!

Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Not sure about any cheap ticket sites but to get to Cork you need to get a train to Dublin - translink offer cheap day returns but not sure about returns not on same day
- then from Connolly to Heuston stations
- and then a train from Heuston to Cork - see here - I think buying online gets the ticket cheaper than just turning up at the station.
Still not cheap though - only people I know who use the train regularly are senior citizens with free travel. My aunt in Dublin thinks nothing of coming up to Belfast to meet me for lunch.0 -

The bus is the other option. 3 changes. A day's travel.
Belfast - Cork air route now shut down.0
