holiday pay

i recently left a company who i worked for, for 3 years and i never received any holiday pay, i had no contract and was classed as a casual worker, and worked between 25-38 hours a week, am i entitled to claim it back?

    Not for the first two years no. Holiday isn't "pay" - it's "use it or lose it". If you didn't take holiday you were not entitled to be paid for it instead. For the last holiday year you should be entitled to payment if you didn't take holiday.
