Thanks for this. Although when i just logged in to add the code, my account had mysteriously been cleared of all my points, and was back at 0 again..... at least i now have 5 again!

I would email them to ask why this has happened, coinks customer service is very helpful. If I lost my 592 points I would want to know why.

Whenever you purchase any McVities branded items with the VIP Club logo, make sure that the whole code starting with 'UB' is clear. This is printed beneath the best before date. If code is unreadable, you would not be able to enter this onto the website to claim your 'rewards' or enter the monthly draw.

I have tried it a few times but it said the code is wrong, they do not recognised, so I guess the code is wrong. It start with 'UB' on each pack.:( Free code for new register only?
