If you compare prices on the Dixons and Currys websites, you find that Dixons are generally cheaper. Which is odd, given that they are the same company.;)

Tesco Express is generally more expensive than Tesco Extra. Also, many shops often have online prices lower than store prices.
Dixons is an online only brand with no high street overhead, like Amazon or Pixmania which is also owned by Dixons. Currys still have stores to pay for, which is why they say they cant be as competitive.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
Yes, I have found the same, £30 or £40 cheaper on an oven and fridge freezer, but as Froggitt says, it's because of the overheads.
And I've always had excellent service from them too.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Dixons, Currys and PC World are all part of DSG group...
Dixons is now online only so has no overheads for shops etc, therefore their prices are always cheaper0
