Lovefilm....

Hi all,

I sent 2 discs together back to Lovefilm in the post on Monday morning, (before postman would have been) and they have still not been recieved back.

2 questions,
1) I have reported it, will I be charged for them?
2) Has anyone noticed any issues with their post? I'm wondering if its actually because its a week before christmas and maybe I should have hung on abit before reporting them lost?

Yes, within the last 10 days they have been taking longer, although not as long as yours. One sent to me Wednesday hasn't turned up yet and one I sent to them Wednesday got to them today.

You won't be charged for them. What happens is Lovefilm tell RM who will send you a form to fill out within a couple of months. If the discs turn up during that time you won't need to do anything (there is a section on Rental List- Rented titles, discs sent back and received are shown along with the date LF got them back). In that instance I would contact LF customer services and say you see the titles have been received by them so you know you won't need to fill out the form.

If they don't turn up by the time the form comes through (it will be ages), then fill it out and return to RM. Then Contact Lovefilm customer services to cover yourself and say you have done so and they will mark this on your account and nothing further will need to be done.
