It's Xmas and we need to agree on some things ... I've put a few facts together:-
1. Houses are still selling very fast in the South while easy cheap credit is still available.
2. Currently, houses are not selling in the North, even while we still have cheap easy credit available.
3. House prices in the South are moving still upwards while cheap credit is still available.
4. Currently, houses are not selling for any price in the North even with cheap credit available. I.e what will the situation be when cheap credit is no longer available.
5. When the cheap easy credit is no longer available the South will follow the North and the bear market in property will pick up speed.
